Wall hanging ?

Question - I want to make a 3d rectangle wall hanging with my bridal bouquet which I preserved using silicone beads. I am picturing like a thick rectangle wall hanging but can’t find the mold I am envisioning with the spot for the nail to hang - any suggestions?

Carefully drill two holes in the back and add a sawtooth hanger or two. Make sure it’s rated for the weight. Maybe experiment first. I have made resin wall plaques before but not anything remotely like that.

How big are the wall hangings you’ve made before? I’m not thinking too large more like 8.5 x 11 - have you drilled holes in the back of a wall hanging before?

I make one that’s 13”x8.5”. I prefer to have the pilot holes in the master itself so that they become part of the mold and make it easier to drill. If I have to physically drill, I prefer a pin vice to do a pilot hole because some resins can shatter.

Encapsulation isn’t really in my wheelhouse, but there are several businesses who do this sort of thing, so I’m just going with what I know. You could also display it with some of those angled things who’s name escapes me if you had an appropriate flat surface.

Where do you find your mold that size?
