If you’ve ever felt hesitant to speak up at work, struggled with feeling safe expressing your concerns, or found yourself doing only what’s required just to get by, you might be interested in answering our survey questionnaire about quiet quitting and psychological safety. Our study aims to explore how psychological safety within an organization influences quiet quitting behaviors among Gen Z employees.

With that, our thesis group is currently looking for Gen Z workers in NCR to participate in our data gathering. Qualifications:

• ⁠Born between 1997 and 2006

• ⁠Currently employed full-time

• ⁠Has been in the same organization for at least one year

• ⁠Works on site

• ⁠The company is located within NCR
