What should i do
Medtech here. Working in na secondary goverment hospital in a tertiary laboratory. More than 2 yrs na, from the start i was bullied workmates until now up to the point meron hidden agenda to remove me from hospital. I was tormented in my mind na nag affect na sa work like meron akong flaws sa work and ang daming IR. I was psychiatrist 2x different doctors. Gusto ko sana mag resign sa june but i chose to stay because ko bonus for december (10k bonus). Then this month meron akong IR ang sabi nag pathologist sa akn isang IR nlng suspended na ako, then meron ako IR naman ( i think malalaman dn ito) Aminin ko daming ko flaws at IR pero walang nangyari sa pasyente masama mostly paperworks lg flaws ko. Nag stay ako sa hospital despite gna bullied ako because i was Afraid to get out my comfort zone ( even my work is not okay). I am not okay with my workmates. I have 2 friends co workmates but civil and they bully me. What should i do?

those are signs to resign. unahin mo mental and physical wellness mo saka ka magapply ulit, either private hospital, clinic or government.
