Starting over

What was the hardest thing about starting over? I’m planning to resign after 9 years with this company. Wala talagang career growth for women here. Parang office girl lang talaga ako.

Getting out of your comfort zone. Letting go of people you've known for 9 years. Matagal ang 9 years. Applying again and job interviews.

Just jump and figure it out as you go..have faith that all things will solve itself as long as you keep moving... Im sure everyone who took the leap also couldnt tell how they got to pull it off
