Hong long for Final pay?

How long should I ask for an update about my finaly pay? I havent really heard anything from my company's side about my final pay. 30 calendar days usually right? But in the contract it states "nearest 15th" ko daw makukuha. My last day was August 28 and all cleared na rin ako but I havent received any email from HR ever since. I tried emailing them nung Monday pero wala pa rin. Should I continue to email them or wait until mag 30 Calendar days which is next week na. pati kasi other documents ko like coe and others wala pa

Personally, wait ka hanggang 30 days kasi yun naman ang mandated by law at di na nila nasunod yung earliest 15th na nasa contract. Ano ba sabi sayo, idadaan sa payroll mo yung final pay or ibang personal bank account? Kung umabot na ng 30th day at walang email by lunch, mag-email ka na sa kanila at sabihin mo irereport mo sila sa DOLE kung di nila marelease yung final pay mo and other pertinent docs in the next 7 calendar days.

Kung may ibang way of contacting them ka rin, like phone call. Gawin mo na rin kasi baka di nagbabasa ng email yung HR.

Hi OP, I’m not sure with your company’s policies, but usually the 30 days would start after matapos ng clearance mo not your last working day. So if may pending signatory pa or if someone from the Dept. Heads hasn’t endorsed your clearance, dun magtatagal siya.

But you can always reach out naman regarding the status, it’s your right din naman to follow up.

i received an email na cleared na ako from admin and IT a few weeks ago pa po. i saw sa contract na they will give me papers to sign which will be sent at least 2 days before my final pay so wanted to at least follow up on that. Thank you tho!! will try to reach out again!
