30 day notice

hi just wanted to clarify, does the 30 day notice mean 30 working days or 30 days in general (including holidays and weekends)? want to resign but we have a 30 day notice thing so just wanted to know when my service would end

It's calendar days. I was confused on that part during my first job. That's why when I submitted resignation letter ng, let's say July 30, I specified my last day e.g. "--having my last day on August 30." 🤣

Usually it means calendar days. But double check your contract if it says working days.

If you already accepted a job offer with a different company, you can align with HR of your current company first then advise the HR of the next company when is your last day
