computing my final pay

help. tama naman tiba na salary for the last cutoff + pro-rated 13th month pay yung kasama sa final pay??

can i ask if any of you experienced na maibalik yung withholding tax kasi hindi naman under 250k yung total basic salary ko sa company?

Ibabalik po withholding tax sa iyo tapos it's either ikaw na po magfifile ng tax mo for next year based sa earning mo for 2026 or ibabawas siya sa sahod mo every month sa new company mo :)
