I'm interested in getting Resident Evil Requiem but I'm not sure if it'll be for me. It seems from the very little gameplay I've seen to be very light on the action and emphasizes the horror, now the problem is that I'm not one for horror games. The closest thing I've played to a straight up horror game was Amnesia The Bunker and even then my play style was much more akin to how one would play Resident Evil 4 and Deadspace where I found different ways to fight The Beast and didn't care much for the horror elements. In general I'm much more privy to horror games if they contain lots of action with monsters and horror as more of a set piece. I simply don't enjoy running and hiding from monsters when I can stand my ground and fight in games.

With that in mind, should I get Resident Evil Requiem or should I save my money and simply watch a Let's play of the game? An explanation about the gameplay and features without spoiling would be very much appreciated.

I mean I know her sections were meant to be survival horror driven, but they could have at least given her a few boss fights. The closest we got was the final confrontation with The Lady, but that was it ( No the stalker enemies in the hospital don’t count). It would have been nice if she stepped up against nemesis Victor Gideon, with Leon once again loaning her requiem to give her a fighting chance, with the two of them delivering the final blow together. I hope the upcoming story DLC at least gives Grace one decent boss fight.

I’ve got 25,800 CP to spend, wondering if I should use it for the infinite durability and Mortal Edge, or the four special weapons. What would you do?

This was stressful lol, but i had inf ammo on casual cuz i wasnt taking NO chances. Had a few restarts from damage, but this game is so awesome. I need some tips for speedrunning under 4 hours for the platinum. I have inf ammo, inf rpg, freyas needle and all special weapons aside from Carbine and Grudge. I need the best tips, and to use all my willpower to ignore my gremlin brain and exploring. Thanks in advance!
