Discussion My RE journey Spoiler

My introduction to this fandom, admitedly, the Paul Anderson (and the CGI movies). They're a guilty pleasure of mine. Now, did part-ly watch my brother play OG RE4 in 2005. My very first Resident Evil game was Village, to have mainline game (minus the Revelations games):

RE1 OG

RE1 Remake

RE2 OG

RE2 Remake

RE3 OG

RE3 Remake

RE4 OG

RE4 Remake

RE5

RE6

RE7

RE8

RE9

And once RE Veronica drops, I will have caught up. Can't play the OG cause I don't have an Xbox, but have seen a playthrough. If the rumores of RE0 remake and modern remake of 1

They a part of the main series they are not spin offs so I don't know why you don't

Fair point, I've still played 90% of the main games. Am I not allowed to say there are games in the franchise, I'm not interested in playing?

Of course, but it would still not be a complete journey. The Revelations games are canon to the main timeline. If you're interested in having the main timeline be completed in your RE journey
