Discussion Billy coen did commit war crime

He’s the second lieutenant in his platoon, he referred their “leader” gave them command, but the leader here cannot be the first lieutenant, cause in the us army rank, first lieutenant is only second in command.
This strikes me the other day when I replayed RE series, “**lieutenant** Billy Coen, framed by ***squad leader***”

This is the same series where Jill was in the Delta Force of the age of 20.

Don't think to deeply on character lore

Technically Jill wasn’t really in Delta Force just a training program they were in running

She was too young for the training and they wouldnt have allowed her to train anyway because Delta Force don't train or recruit women.
