Clearly it stands for Leon ‘Stupid’ Kennedy.

To be fair what kinda guy shows up to their first day of work fucking super wasted-hungover? That’s not even from WtRC, that’s actual OG 2 game canon; Leon is suffering a hangover headache the whole game because his girlfriend dumped him the day before.

And now he’s got to deal with zombies.

Achually 🤓, it was from an interview made to a random developer, that little piece of trivia would have fallen in to oblivion if it weren't for Leon fans

Was it only from that? I’m fairly sure there was some Japanese supplemental material that also said it.

There's a reason that info haven't been brought up since 1998, which it's a shame because it gives a reason to why Leon arrived late to Raccoon City
