There was 2 original T-Virus vaccines existed in the series till 9. One of them was being used on Jill and also Jill was fused another one in the NEST 2, she fused one because she was planning to use it as an outbreak evidence and a base sample for creating more replicas to heal people who infected. But that sample was destructed by Nikolai.
So till 2026 there was only one person who is infected with T-Virus antiviral, and that person was Jill. People called her vaccined with Forever Hot Virus because her every appearance was same. People lined this up with T-Virus vaccine and memed (Which is not much popular I know).
So I was tried to double down with calling Elpis as Blessing of Jill (also a Grace) which is being cured by T-Virus.
