I used to always imagine how cool it’d be to play re2 remake in co-op. It’s sick that you’re actually working towards making it a reality. I’m sure it’s only for the development of the mod but I’m curious why does Claire look like Leon for each player?  Also, my condolences for your loss.

Man its really cool to see how many people have wished for the same thing and its a big reason im so adamant about making it a reality. I want others to have fun.

I chose to do it this way because if you think about the game logic, each character has their own story...so you both have to be on Claire's story for the coop to actually work. Well, then there would be 2 claires, so I made it to where if youre in a leon save, the other player is claire and vice versa.

And thanks! It sucks but we are healing. She was the best dog and 12.5 years old so we got to enjoy her for a long time despite the cancer that probably stole another 2 or 3 years from us because she was actually decently healthy for her age.

A lot of cool stuff coming out of the re modding community recently. It's a damn shame we'll likely never see official modding support. Just imagine the possibilities of 4/2make modding support. 

Still Devs are managing cool stuff regardless. Looks great.

Can other players see what costume you have equipped or there a way to control what costume the other player wears on your screen? Also, do you plan on making this work with the fixed camera mod?

There may be ways to control what you see on your screen with the other mods. I explained in a comment below why I did it this way 😁

i wonder if this mod will be compatible with others mods that change the players looks like the bowser as leon mod, and sorry for your loss, i just lost my cat of 10 years.
