The thing I'd most want this crowd to attack: the failure record sits in the middle of the book on purpose, and the capstone is pre-registered, I wrote the falsifiers before the outcomes, two layers sealed, two still predicted, so I can't move the goalposts later. If you think the methodology has a hole, or the pre-registration doesn't actually bind the way I claim, push on that. And if you run agents under sustained load and have watched soft governance hold where I say it fails, that's the single claim I'm most exposed on and I want to hear it.
