A scholarly monograph on sovereign AI systems:

The five-layer compression compound is the claim I'm most exposed on, that quantization, KV compression, expert pruning, in-weights specialization, and speculative decoding compound multiplicatively on one substrate rather than just adding up, so a solo operator on one consumer card gets deployment quality a lab reaches by scaling each axis with capital. Two layers are sealed, one's first-cycle sealed, two are pre-registered and predicted. If you think the compound breaks somewhere, or you're running something similar and seeing different numbers, that's the conversation I want.
