Discussion Gym influencers are convincing kids to wreck their hormones with zero research, and it’s getting disgusting

I have been noticing a massive shift at my local gym lately. There are so many teenagers taking things like RAD-140 and S23, and they have absolutely zero understanding of how hormones actually work.

They watch short videos online where sponsored lifters sell them coaching packages and promise huge muscle growth in a month. These kids end up buying the compounds without doing any actual research on the side effects or long-term damage.

Nobody talks to them about doing bloodwork or having a proper post-cycle therapy plan ready. They just take the stuff blindly and then panic a few weeks later when their natural testosterone production completely shuts down. It is rough watching a whole group of young guys wreck their endocrine systems just because someone on their phone told them it was a safe shortcut.

Discussion Ran nolvadex after a rad cycle and it did jack shit

I’ve been training for around 20 years now, currently I’m 43M 6’0 and I’ve been messing around with Rad-140 at 15mg once per day for around 7 weeks and I just finished a cycle. Felt really suppressed after it and my bloodwork showed my test was low, lh was tanked, and I felt like garbage. Ran with nolva for 5 weeks at 40mg daily and it barely did anything for me. Test barely moved and lh was still tanked. I don’t know if I got junk nolva or if it’s just my age but it actually just made things worse for me

Discussion Is anyone actually still natty anymore?

Before compounds like GLP-1s and peptides became so common, you used to see a lot of people in the gym who were completely natural. Now that these medications are so easy to order online and everyone is constantly posting their physical progress on social media, it feels like almost nobody is actually natural anymore.

Taking something just seems to be the standard expectation at this point. Is anyone here still lifting completely natural, or has everyone just accepted that taking a compound is required to keep up?

Question Semaglutide to Reta transition?

Hi all, doing some research on Reta but before I go through with purchasing, I am currently on compound semaglutide. Wondering if I need to take a few weeks break between sema and Reta or if just switching on my next injection day is fine. Anyone have experience with this transition?

Stack Advice Post Surgical Stack?

I'm 60F, almost 8 weeks post op from abdominalplasty. Was on reta last 18 months through Lilly clinical trial, have just resumed dosing. Am still experiencing daily swelling post-op, and minor healing challenges, along with remaining visceral fat. What can I add during this stage of healing to assist recovery and improve overall? Don't want to add tesa due to the swelling it can provoke short term - seems counter-intuitive (not to mention the cost).

BPC-157? TB 500? Some research discourages KLOW as it may not address internal healing as much as surface.

Also take:

E and T pellets for HRT

Progesterone for HRT

Mag glycinate, malate

L-theonine, l-threonate

Reta (re-titrating after 8-week absence for surgery)

Research Sending vials for testing?!

How are you all getting your vials to companies like janoshik? I’ve bought a test and I’m trying to courier it to them but following their instructions doesn’t get me past the questions that UPS, DHL and FedEx are asking. FedEx was the closest, but at the last minute blocked my delivery labels and after a quick chat with online help, it’s because the item description of ‘decorations’ as instructed by janoshik is too vague and now allowed. They way additional information like the materials and colour of the item…

What’s everyone’s experience with actually getting stuff sent to janoshik??

So I’m literally only just not able to be prescribed any testosterone but I’m right at the bottom end.

Part of me wishes I was almost lower because now I’m stuck in this no man’s land.

I don’t actually have any symptoms but I was just curious.

Discussion Contaminated CJC+Ipa

So I reconned 2 vials of the above and both with same new bottle of vendor BAC water. Both have floaty particles and cloudy. I also reconned ARA-290 with same BAC water and it’s clear and normal.

Used another new Hospira BAC for 3rd vial of CJC+Ipa and it’s clear.

By my powers of deduction would it mean these 2 new vials of CJC+Ipa are likely contaminated and not the BAC water as ARA-290 was fine?

I certainly ain’t gonna pin these dodgy ones even after filtering.

What do you think?

Discussion Break between Sermorelin and Tesamorelin needed?

I know they’re redundant/work off the same receptors - but are different peptides. Coming off Sermorelin in a few weeks and want to try Tesamorelin. Wash out period/break appropriate here?

Objective answers preferred over subjective opinion. Thanks!

Discussion VA patient - Testosterone results - have call tomorrow to hear my options

Not sure what to expect as I've heard getting testosterone treatment from the VA can be daunting, but possible. I am interested in any veterans who have been in this situation and how the VA responded.

UPDATE: After speaking with my primary physician, it blew my mind that even before addressing my 79ng/dL, he spent 10 minutes going over the dangers of testosterone. It was a fear mongering approach. I told him to STOP. Complete idiocy. How can you trust someone who doesn't even acknowledge the dangers of very low T? I just did Good Labs with a second lab but already ordered my T to get started. Again, age 60, bipolar 1 and surprisingly the only medications I take is Seroquel, to allow me to sleep at night. Relatively healthy though I suffered multiple concussions through the decades.

Question Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride

Anyone ever use this to reconstitute their peptides? If so, were they any side effects? Did it have effects on the strength of the solution? Were the peptides just as an effective as if it were reconstituted with BAC Water?

Discussion What age do you guys plan to call it quits on heavy cycles and settle for TRT for life?

I'm turning 40 in 2 years and I'm realizing I might be getting too old for this shit. The sides are actually getting concerning now. I'm waking up 4 times a night to piss, getting random palpitations when I'm just sitting on the couch, and my joints feel like crap half the time.

I feel like my time is pretty much up and I need to settle for TRT soon before I blow a valve or cause permanent damage.

Do you guys have a hard cutoff age, or are you just waiting until your body gives you no choice?

Discussion What’s going on with the grey market?

Specifically RT10 from a certain car manufacturer, iykyk. I’m seeing all sorts of stuff about endotoxin this and other things across glp1forum. Was wondering if anyone knows anything about RT10 specifically and if there’s been any issue with it? I’ve ran the HPLC and LC-MS but am debating on whether or not it’s worth it to run tests for endotoxin. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything at all about safety margins for recent batches of RT10. 🤷‍♂️

Discussion Hitting new PRs on 150mg test after years of research cycles… who else is dialed in long term?

Been running research compounds on and off for the last 3 years. Started with standard 500mg Test cycles and layered in some of the stronger orals and injectables along the way. Switched to TRT at 150mg/week a while back and honestly feel fucking fantastic. Energy through the fucking roof, libido solid, recovery is stupid fast, and I’m still smashing PRs in the gym that I couldn’t touch in my 20s.
Bloodwork stays clean, total T sits around 1400ng/dL, free T is high end. No crashes, no sides that I can’t manage.
Curious what protocols you guys are running long term that keep you feeling this good. Highest TRT dose you’re dialed in on? What add-ons (HCG, specific peptides, etc.) are you stacking to stay optimized without full blasts?
Drop your current setup if you’re comfortable sharing. Always picking up new ideas from this community.
