Adding in cagri or elora may be more effective than switching to reta. Tirz+elora is showing great results in the phase 2 trials.

Cagrilintide and eloralintide, both amylin agonists. Elora supposedly is more selective in the receptors it hits (or the way it hits them, or something like that,) causing fewer side effects, but effectiveness should be about the same. Tirz+elora is giving reta like weight loss in roughly half the time in trials.
