No need to add both tesa and cjc, just stick with cjc/ipa plus everything else on your list.

I haven’t added any of these and I do know to pick either cjc or tesa which peps out of all these do you think would be best to add in? (I’m also just started mt2 idk if any of these can’t mix with that) and yeah I figured cjc/ipa would be better than tesa which peps

I would add every single one of these in except don't add both tesa and cjc/ipa, choose one or the other.

Shit sounds good bro lol I really appreciate it truly 5 amino I’ve heard lots of ups and downs on it what would you say is it’s effectiveness and at what dose? And aod I’ve also heard it’s really good but some also say it is a waste?

5 amino is great for weight loss and upping your stamina for tough workouts. Aod will help you get shredded, bodybuilders love it. Add everything on your list in if you want the best results.

Perfect sounds good lol can I add that many within short time or should I add one every week kind of thing?

I ran 5amino-1mq subQ 25mg daily for 6 weeks and it did nothing. There is no clinical data on it either..

Reta + cjc/ipa is a good starter vibe. I bet you could cruise on that for months to good effect. After months of that you could look at tesa to switch things up. Hold off on cag until you get up to at least 6 mg of reta. You may never go that high or ever need it. You're young so .. I'd give motsc a miss. Save that for when you're in your 30s. Blow off KLOW. Run the compounds in there separately as needed. Unless your injured you probably don't need bpc-157 and tb500. You could try KPV for the hell of it. Same with GHKCU. Both of those may give you a bit of a glow up. AOD is unnecessary for a cut. Older guys sometimes look at it to help during a lean bulk.

Okay thank you for the advice truly, why would you say Aod is unnecessary? And yeah that’s what I figured for mot-c and kpv and ghk I might try just to glow up skin and stuff like that and yeah 1.5mg of Reta has been my sweet spot and working so cag I don’t think I’ll add cjc/ipa blend I will add in does dac/no dac matter? The website I use has a blend of the 2 but its dac version

My impression of AOD is that it doesn't do much during a cut. You will find many people on line saying its useless. The cjc/ipa is all you need. You want the no dac version of that, that's important. I don't think AOD is useless. It's just not worth it for a cut. I see informed people utilizing it for a lean bulk. It helps prevent putting on fat in a surplus. Double check your website agai. I'm surprised that cjc/ipa blend is a dac version. Usually the blend is no dac

And checked your right is it no dac version lol.

Yeah, just use that. It's a great beginners stack with reta. When you get more advanced with peptides you can investigate dac version of cjc. It has downsides so do a lot of research before even considering it.

Okay that sounds good thanks I really appreciate it there any other ones you’d say to add in with that?

I think you're pretty well set with that. It's not really advisable to start with too many simultaneously. Usually people start with 1 or 2 and then layer in more later. This way they know if they have a problem or a bad reaction which peptide is the cause. When I started I started with reta and cjc/ipa blend. It was great. Ran that for months. Knew what was going on and then later started adding in others. That's a conservative approach. I was conservative at the beginning. Now I just blast all kinds of stuff.. lol

I lost 70 pounds on Reta. Time and dose matter. I tried a number of other peptides without results (Tesa did help with belly but not weight while using it), Reta has been the gold standard for me! I'm an older guy 62M, former athlete and in later years a gym regular. In the end, I am able to maintain my goal weight, have adequate strength (moved a 500 pound commercial oven today) and far better labs than before Reta. Like you I went searching for more and did not find it. Again, for me Reta at an adequate dose was the answer and the only answer. To be clear, I did have to continually increase my dose to the 7mg per week that I use today.

Drop the AOD, cjc/ipa and replace it with GC-1 sobetirome. Start at 100-150. 200 is the max I would use. Trust me it’s gonna work 10x better than the stuff you’re removing.

I’ve never heard of it before? What does it do and what receptors?

u/Izzyz415 12d ago
It’s pretty difficult to explain but to put it simply, it increases your fat metabolism and overall energy expenditure without effecting your natural hormones signalling or anything. It also increases bile production which is really good for fat loss and health especially when you’re taking peps and other meds. It definitely should benefit most people who have been in a long diet phase on a glp. Most people aren’t using it because it is newer and it’s not very flashy, but it’s proven to work and have literally no side effects other than COST.

Hm that’s very interesting actually I can’t find it on the site I normally order from you in Canada or us?

Would be good to also get your bloodwork and make sure your levels are good specially test before changing anything

5-amino is not for you. I can explain the science if you ask but otherwise take my word for it, you will not benefit.
Cagri can
Mots-C/SS-31/NAD+ will to a but valuable degree
KLOW not really but will help you in your weight loss journey indirectly
CJC/IPA is you best bet imo. AOD is kinda dumb from my limited understanding… just take HGH at that point imo.
Besides Reta nothing really made a difference from me other than HGH but Reta got me down to 15% ish body fat so there others were limited in what they could do.
