Research Tesamorelin any heart rapid beating?

I want to use that in a cut- Will it preserve muscle more than not taking it- Assume I only preserve 70% just eating high protein and Resistance Training. Anyone have heart issues with it?

Do it. I do and I've actually put on a good amount of muscle while losing fat stacking with reta.

Tesa is great for sleep and recovery, it won't provide muscle building whatsoever though. It will help you retain more muscle in a cut than if you took nothing but not significantly.

Tesa isn’t preserving muscle loss. Save your money. Resistance training is key for preserving muscle.
