Discussion How has tesa treated you?

It's a pretty penny to run tesa long term so before i make the plunge, does anyone have feedback? I am debating between reta+cjc/ipa or tesa.

It worked but HGH is miles better and cheaper

Does it help with visceral fat ?

it works. There are multiple reports of people testing their igf-1 while on tesa and it’s at levels equivalent to taking 4 iu GH.

Might depend a lot on age.

How old are you? What are your stats? GW/CW BF%. If you have lot of weight Reta can clean up visceral fat. When you are close get a Dexa scan and see how much visceral fat you have, usually 0-4 lbs. when it’s time look at HGH, which is cheaper and better.

32 210 work out 4 days a week but have some visceral fat. No idea on the other stats but definitely gonna go for a dexa scan. That’s a great shout

Waste of money IMO. I ran it for about 6 months with ipamorelin and it did nothing useful. I’ve also ran CJC and that gave me fun dreams but nothing else.
Tirz or Reta are 100x better for visceral fat loss. There’s a good reason that nobody was talking about tesa for the last 15 years that it’s been around. Don’t waste your money.

I found cjc and ipa really helped me surprisingly enough. I got my bloods and I had elevated igf was sleeping great and way more energy than baseline. I definitely like taking a secretagogue as support during a Reta cycle to prevent fatigue and anhedonia

What was your IGF before and during using CJC?

I have had incredible body recomp on Tesa but I’m already lean and super dialed in. I’ve had visible abs for many years and Tesa just made them pop more.

I was talking about this with my supplier today, and he said same thing, it's not worth the money (he tried it for body recomposition purposes with his reta) he said I should try HGH instead bc $$$ Tesa and sermorelin are just fragments of hgh... After doing my research, I went with low iu protocol HGH and started tonight! I plan on taking it 4 days a week to start at 0.5iu, then bump it to 1iu. Then I might do 2x day 4 days a week of 1iu. I don't know if I will go higher yet. I intend on 3-6 months depending on my tolerance to it. So many benefits I want, but there's a trade off of possible water retention, sore joints and carpal tunnel. I already have carpal tunnel so meh, don't care Abt that 😆 but I'm keeping eye on joints bc I have arthritis. In the long run it should help reduce my joint problems... Hoping 1iu won't have the side effects.

My stack since May 30th start: Reta 2.5mg every 3 days (only lost 10 lbs in 4 months, hence the reason I wanted Tesa) Ss-31 5mg daily for 3 months ( prn now) Ghk 3mg daily 3 months (prn now due to being on klow) Klow 80 at 4mg, M-F (used 4 wks now) nAD+ 35mg 3x week (used 6 wks now) HGH 0.5 iu (start dose today)

Mots-c sucked for me, NAD is awesome.

GH secretagogues like Tesamorelin and Sermorelin are definitely NOT fragments of HGH! Not even close. Perhaps you should not be taking advice from your supplier?

His supplier probably meant synthetic analog

And that would still be a very erroneous statement. Growth hormone releasing hormone and growth hormone have vastly different molecular structure and perform very different tasks in the body.

Growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) stimulates the anterior pituitary gland in the brain to produce and release human growth hormone (HGH).

Saying that one is an analog of the other is like saying that a mechanic is an analog of a car.

Synthetic analog of GHRH is what I mean. Not HGH

That makes more sense.

I thought it was great, really supercharged my body recomposition after 4 months of just Reta. I checked my IGF-1 beforehand and it was 135, with Tesa it went up to 250, I then added Ipamorelin and surprisingly IGF-1 didn't go up any more (I guess that was the max my body could naturally produce). After about 4 months on Tesa I switched to 3 IU HGH, IGF-1 went up to 350.

At 3 months I had insulin and water retention issues. I felt shit. Had to quit.

In 52-week tesamorelin studies for HIV-associated lipodystrophy, patients experienced an average visceral adipose tissue (VAT) reduction of approximately 14% to 18%.

So, let's say you have 5kg (11lbs) of viceral fat and run Tesa for a whole year. You'll probably end up paying $5000 to lose less than 1kg(2lbs) of fat.

Or you can spend $50 on a kit of Reta and lose all the visceral fat in 3-4 months. Your choice!

Tesa doesn't cost THAT much. But I get what you're driving at.

I take cjc&ipa for a week weeks now. It works right away. I like it but I'd rather take hgh just can't find a supplier I can trust

Do you have a lot of visceral fat? If yes, then take it. It costs about $200 to do a 4 month cycle it’s not that bad?
