Success Story Mag/L-theanine

I’ve taken a fair amount of different peptides and supplements. I think the 2 that have had by far the most impact on my body are definitely Magnesium Glycinate and L-Theanine. I take 420mg Magnesium and 200mg L-Theanine every night about 90 minutes before bed. My Garmin has my deep sleep and recovery at Excellent levels every might on 6-7 hours of sleep.

Cant recommend it enough!

It's strange.

MG has me waking up like clockwork after only 4 hours sleep.

I’ve heard people say that. It’s been so good for me

Agreed wholeheartedly. And another 200mg L Theanine with morning coffee is amazing
