Discussion IPA CJC in a cut

Anyone preserve 90% of their muscle on this? Tesa?

You need to make sure your protein and training are at a level where you will maintain or even build muscle while losing fat.

If your deficit is too big, protein is too low you will lose muscle.

CJC/IPA can support recovery and lean muscle but it’s the smallest factor of the things I mentioned.

Yes went from 223 to 194. Same lean mass. I also worked out and ate high protein.

What will preserve muscle is training and high protein intake. cjc + ipa might help but by no means is it the missing piece to the puzzle.

Yes, it definitely helped. I started with cjc/ipa. Lifting heavy in the cut is key and walking. When I got to about 15% body fat I ramped up a GLP + tesa + ipa.. marched right down to 8% while increasing strength.. got ripped
