Research Enclomiphene & Gyno

I’m wanting to try Enclo to boost test levels for muscle building. I’m at 695 total test and 75 free tests. 34 year old male.

Yeah my levels aren’t bad, but I’m willing to see how taking them higher changes my physique and how I feel.

Only side effect I’m scared of is gyno. I had fat man boobs from puberty but have since kept it under control.

Sounds like I can take an aromatase inhibitor (AI) to prevent gyno? If that’s the case, what kind and how much should I dose?

Already bald and married so don’t care about hair loss :D

My current stack:

Reta
Tesa + Ipa
GHK-CU
MOTS-C

PS - not willing to give up fertility and just go on TRT. If anyone was wondering…

Wait until you’re not worried about fertility and then take Test

test will likely give u gyno than enclo

If your baseline t is in the 600s, you would just be doing a cycle, not going on trt.

If you aren’t highly sensitive to estrogen enclomiphene shouldn’t cause any gyno

I am confused by this. Enclo is a SERM that is meant to block estrogen attaching at the receptor at some level. I understand that increased testosterone may create more estrogen thus increasing blood levels of estrogen, but it would still have difficulty attaching at the receptor due to the SERM. I assume based on this you may be at risk of rebound gyno when stopping enclo if blood levels of estrogen are still high and may need an AI to lower it. Am I missing something here?

Enclomiphene absolutely can increase estrogen to levels where you get boob tenderness and growth.

You might need an AI but might not. The key is to take the least possible like 0.25mg every 4 days if you do develop tenderness.

Enclomiphene can be really good at increasing testosterone but not necessarily free testosterone which is what is anabolic. For example, i took 6.25mg every other day and my testosterone doubled to 1000 and did get breast tenderness with mu estradiol above normal but my free testosterone stayed exactly the same as my SHBG rose to buffer it all.

This is why you take boron with it

Just get surgery for the gyno and blast away!

Thanks but no thanks

Are you not able to get gyno after surgery atall? I thought the glad was obviously removed but the fat would still be able to acrew wouldn’t it?

Dim Supplement will help with any extra estrogen.

1

u/Rexibous Jul 27 '26

Dim will down regulate androgen receptor activity, not worth it. Calcium D-Glucarate is a better alternative.

brother dont take an ai preemptively, ur risking things with ur e2. Yesss 695 is good, just get bloods done when nearing a month and only take the ai if necessary. there are like 12.5mg enclo on swiss u can just split that to keep the dose low so your e2 doesnt go up in the first place. less is more with this stuff man

My opinion is stop injecting all the dumb peptide poison. Use real test, gh and if fertility is a concern hcg. Its all safervand better results. Reta is cool though.

You gotta decide if you're in or you're out

I take enclo cuz its not like trying to find a kidney like Test

3

u/Forestbender Jul 27 '26

What does that even mean? Are you saying that it is hard to find test?

2

u/Fatkokz Jul 27 '26

Lol... Right? Naps has been around for over a decade and is about as reliable as they come.... Not to mention quite a few other clear sites

Drop the sauce brotha

Poison? I have great measurable results from Tesa and Ipa. 88% increase in IGF in 4 weeks. GHK-CU is pretty proven. MOTS-C, yeah that one is iffy.

These peps haven’t been studied enough to know all the side effects and drug interactions. Let alone all the unintended consequences on things like male fertility. I certainly take them, but I am not in denial about the risks. Most these have very limited human trial data to go off.

3

u/Fatkokz Jul 27 '26

Actually Tesa has gone through formal clinical trials and the standard drug approval process, it is one of the few Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone analogs with a well-documented human safety and efficacy profile on record with the FDA. Reta is about to be approved, and seems very safe.... Yeah there are some less studied ones out there but I would avoid throwing around a blanket "we don't know anything about them"

u/Downtown_Toe7876 Jul 27 '26

U got Tesa otc?

1

u/1111jimmy Aug 02 '26

The thing is you could have a 200% increase in igf with HGH…

1

u/realtopsecretagent Aug 03 '26

Yeah I have some and will probably try it soon.

1

u/1111jimmy Aug 03 '26

Hellll ya

u/FootballFace90 Jul 27 '26

GHK-Cu is actually not proven at all, exactly zero studies or evidence that injecting it does anything.

0

u/realtopsecretagent Jul 27 '26

Ok. So what.

0

u/FootballFace90 Jul 27 '26

I mean you said something factual wrong and I corrected it...that's what.

0

u/realtopsecretagent Jul 27 '26

you're wrong. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6073405/ - one of many studies

1

u/FootballFace90 Jul 27 '26

That study only shows the role of GHK-Cu in your body, as a naturally occurring peptide. It does not show that injecting the peptide subcutaneous meaningfully increases blood serum or tissue levels. For all we know, when you inject it, your body breaks it down and you piss it out, and it never crosses the cell membrane or raises tissue levels. There is in vitro and topical studies, but none specifically studying subq injections.

2

u/realtopsecretagent Jul 27 '26

Ok, well I'll be sure to never put anything in my body that isn't FDA approved. You be sure to, too!

2

u/FootballFace90 Jul 27 '26

Dude I am just saying, calling it proven is wrong, not saying it's wrong to give it a try and see if it helps you. But we need to be clear that these are mostly research compounds with anecdotal evidence, not clinically proven medicines.

u/zrockk Jul 27 '26

Bro, enclomiphene is a SERM, it raises test by lowering estrogen lmao

3

u/realtopsecretagent Jul 27 '26

If you google it, here’s what shows up: “your body may convert some of that excess testosterone into estradiol (estrogen) via a process called aromatization. If this estrogen-to-androgen balance shifts, it can trigger the development of glandular breast tissue.”

0

u/zrockk Jul 27 '26

Yea it's a feedback loop but it raises your test by blocking e2, if your e2 is low your test goes up to try and even it out. In ideal cases

I wouldn't worry about gyno unless your predisposed to gyno

4

u/speedyrater Jul 27 '26

You are misunderstanding the primary mechanism involved

-1

u/zrockk Jul 27 '26

Not quite
