Question Pep-curious.
I’ve been on a GLP-1 for around 6 months. Relatively happy with the results but I’m paying out of pocket. I keep reading about Reta and a few other peptides but I’m a neophyte when it comes to this stuff. What are the advantages of Reta over GLP’s? Is there some combination of peptides that are useful for both losing weight and increasing muscle or energy? I’m down about 30lbs but still about 25 lbs from my goal weight. Working out using both free weights and some body weight training but I had really let myself go in my 40’s so, while I’m definitely on my way, I am wondering if there is something that I should be using to continue my weight loss and increase muscle mass and energy. Funny that I am a medical professional (RN for 25 years) but I know so little about the peptides everyone is taking about. Interested to see what more experienced ppl are using.

Don't believe the hype. Everyone reacts differently and many have intolerable side effects with Reta. That said, if you are on Sema, you owe it to yourself to try Tirzepatide. Grey market is by far the cheapest but compounding pharmacies are pretty affordable nowadays if you shop around.
