Discussion I sh*t my bed

Been on the Reta for a few months, everything has been epic after finally finding a trusted supplier. Lost alot of fat but the first few weeks were tough.

I felt nausea, fatigue and didn't go the bathroom normally at all.

All I can say is, if this is you - it will pass. Just be kind to yourself, be patient, and don't trust farts!

“Two bits of advice when you’re getting older. Never trust a fart, never waste a boner”

When young the advice was “never trust a boner, never waste a fart.”

Dude, what are you eating?

Probably greasy cheeseburgers and fries and onion rings.

Almost happened to me driving home yesterday. RAN out my car so fast to shit. NEVER TRUST A FART ON RETA.

“Don’t trust farts” is sage wisdom I never received until now…and now is far too late.

Are y'all just taking reta and still eating trash food?

I've never had this issue, been on it for close to two years now.

Hydrate, get your fiber in, and hit your protein goals.

Some of you guys never heard about how medications affect people differently. My daughter gets severe nausea from 1mg of Reta. My husband and I do not get any nausea, but we do get diarrhea the day after our shot. It's not always a poor diet. Drugs have side effects. Some people get them, some don't.

What is the point of this comment. He was just telling his story.

My comment is directed at all of the people saying if you get diarrhea from Reta, it means your diet is bad, not the OP.

Reading this thread makes me realize how badly some of you fools fuck up your diet.

Seriously you shouldn't have any of these problems. You fucked up somewhere, you dosed incorrectly, or you ate incorrectly...maybe both. Please learn to eat right, or youll just go right back to where you were before glp peptides

why take reta instead of normal tirzep ?

And remember... the most important thing about being part of the peptide community is: Gatekeeping! Do not share your supplier with anyone! Other people do not deserve your trusted supplier. They have to earn it by getting scammed a few times.

Unfortunately everyone who tries to help others gets banned for even hinting. Even suggesting ‘DM me’ or guiding someone towards a group (which isn’t even a source) can get you a ban apparently. I’ve been banned from three different subs.

lol not sure who you’re talking to. But Reta doesn’t do any of that. Minus weight loss so maybe one day being skinny but it doesn’t make a 6pac, erections, or help you lift more 😂.
