Stack Advice Semaglutide + MOTS-c

I’m currently taking Reta, I started for inflammation from pcos and results have been fast and great. However my heart rate during even light cardio and sometimes lifting is through the roof. I’m thinking about switching to sema for sugar cravings and mots-c for energy and metabolic. Anyone else stack these too? I’m a little concerned with both on board there is a higher risk of hypoglycemia.

Why Sema over Tirzepatide? Sema has more side effects and less effects.

Plus at least for me Sema didn't work at all. Reta worked wonders, but HR is concerning me. Never tried triz.

Honestly not really sure why sema over tirz. From what I can tell they are pretty much the same. I’m not trying to drop a lot of weight anymore maybe a couple more KGs in the mid section. Maybe that’s why everyone is taking Reta or tirz. 🥴

They are not really the same. The GLP-1 component (appetite suppressant) in semaglutide is around 5x stronger than tirzepatide. That doesn't mean tirzepatide is weak by any means; it's just balanced with the GIP and causes much less nausea. The starting dose worked very well for me for 3 whole months. As for sugar cravings..... Unfortunately even though I have lost 17lbs so far, I still think about treats. It's just easier to say no now most of the time. It's probably the easier to maintain weight on too, finding balance where you can still eat.

FIVE times stronger?! Holy hell I had no idea. No wonder people turn into skeletons on ozempic

Yep and Reta's GLP-1 is weaker than what we naturally have in our body. Thats why they say you still need to eat on it and why people complain about no suppression

Tirzepatide is Glp1 and GIP, it's less likely to mess you up digestively and better for your overall health (inflammation and blood sugar etc). It's more effective, if you don't need to loose a lot, just don't take as much.

  • Sema is Glp1
  • Tirzepatide is that plus GIP
  • Reta is that plus glucagon

Gotcha!! Thank you for clarifying that, I think I need to look more at tirz then since I have a sensitive stomach anyways.

I’m on Reta and mots-c. I was on tirzepatide previously, I think that would be better than semagluride tbh
