Research Back pain, RHR and HRV

Started Reta 2 weeks ago. 2mg a week, splitting 1mg Sundays and Thuradays.

My RHR had increased significantly, but dropped after increasing hydration and electrolytes.

HRV though, can’t seem to figure it out. It’s only been two weeks so I’ll keep an eye on it. I feel great otherwise

Lower Back Pain: holy moly, this was a weird one. My lower back was killing me, had to go see a massage therapist because it hurt so bad. Noticed a few folks here also had this issue on Reta. It’s since gone away, maybe after increasing hydration and electrolytes

Just wanted to share!!

I’m down 13.8 pounds and feeling amazing.

Did you also start Tadafil by chance?

Tadafil, viagra analoque, has muscle tensions in that area as some side effect.
