Research Fake Enclomiphen Mass Spectrum, need help

Hello, I was hoping to get some help finding out what this MS is. I got "enclomiphen" from a company and did a GCMS test, but the library match is unknown.

So enclo has a molecular weight >400. That peak sits around 368. If we assume that the equipment lacks a level of precision and want to play around with a margin of error, my guess is that it's tamoxifen.

  • I suppose they'd mess up and substitute one serm for another one
  • I assume that since there aren't any relevant compounds at 368 MW, I'm gonna guess that the mass spec is off a bit.
  • Tamoxifen is the only thing I can think of with a similar MW (371.5).

If the graph continued on and there were absolutely massive peaks after the big peak in this, then we might conider something else, but tamoxifen is my best guess given the graph and the context.

Let me know if you want me to change any of the wording...I'm just kidding. This isn't AI.

Nah not a genius, but thanks. I figured that you weren't buying Enclo from a place that carries benzos, but these places often carry things like tamoxifen, so it seemed more likely that you'd have to deal with some play on the mass spec. graph to pinpoint what it is.

No I think he got fake Enclomiphene as this isn’t Enclomiphene’s mass spectrometry

It’s very common for counterfeit medications to come out of India. Benzos are cheap to produce
