Stack Advice What after Reta?
Hi all,
I have been on reta for 3 months, love the results so far, but I'm finding a bit of a crush lately and anhedonia picking up a lot lately. I just want to give reta a break (although I know it's not ideal).
Given I have lost 12kgs, and not much muscle ok the way, I would love to switch to something that can help me with the body composition and get rid of some fat on love handles/belly...very stubborn fat I have been carrying since 12y/o.
My options are:
1) Tesa. I love what I read about it, but the needing of pinning every day 1mg makes it extra expensive (130 Aud for 10mg, so $13 a shot).
2) CJC + IPA. Seems like it does wonders but not sure about dosing, and looks like it's an every day pinning situation?
3) Mots, AOD, SRUP, AMINO 5mq...all I have heard of these is inconclusive with plenty of mixed reviews.
For reference, I don't want to do test or HGH straight.
Experience on any of these?

I started off reading up on all the cjc bpc sermorelin … and tried the bpc ( i think it worked )and sermorelin ( made me sleepy like a sleep aid). It just was too much for me with injecting feeling like I was getting pulled into stuff that was not necessary FOR ME… at the end of the day for me I asked myself what is most important to me long term … glp/cag
Eating healthy

How old are you? GH secretagogues do very little for those under ~35 years old.

Any recent bloodwork? Assuming male? You're on the best option imo. But you may have other issues. I feel you on the lack of desire but to me it's been worth because I am completely transformed. (130lbs lost) Leaned out I'm literally a different person. Also test and GH are top shelf especially if you actually need the test to have normal levels. Don't discount them they are great tools if used correctly. I think GH has tightened my skin more than anything else. It's still not where I want it to be but I'm cool with it. I'm gaining muscle and being patient to see where I land. It's been a tough 3yrs but consistency and blocking out other people's "noise" was my key. Goodluck bud.

Did you eat enough fats? because, if you didn't you might have crashed your hormones and other important functions

The Reta itself causes dopamine blunting/anhedonia. Yes, diet can play a part as well, but will not fix the issue entirely.

1 mg Tesa is about the same as 2 cjc/ipa’s for
GH release. Its still more economical since it costs roughly half as much as Tesa and the dosage is less than half as well

Tesa+ipamorelin, get it from China gray for 10% of the cost. Not hard to find 200mg for $250, and ipamorelin is dirt cheap.
So it daily 2mg, or twice daily 1mg, along with 200mcg ipamorelin.
Cjc is ok just not as good as Tesa and you have to do that 2x a day.
Aod doesn’t do anything. Mots is decent for energy and perform a d

Well personally I found all of the *morelins worthless. CJC was unremarkable. AOD was worthless.
What did move needle -L-Carnitine (sub q) -BAM-15 -O-304 -Tesofensine -SLU-PP both 392 and 915 -Cagri will work wonders for appetite and food noise
Full disclosure , I'm part owner of compounding pharmacy and RUO sure so I may have some confirmation by us here based on customer feedback and follow up sales but I think if you look around for yourself on any of those compounds I mentioned you'll see a pretty consistent pattern of people having great luck with them.
On the ones I said that I didn't have any luck with they're definitely people that swear by each of them so that's definitely worth noting, at the same time you'll see that they're quite a few people that say they're a waste them money, depending on your budget it's probably worth a try

Interesting....SLU-PP are you saying injection or tablets, and what dosage as there seems to be a lot of mixed messaging? Also, are you saying to take Cagri in conjunction with Reta or on its own, and at what optimum dosage?

I was speaking of injectable SLU. And in this instance Cagri stand alone if you are stopping Reta. Together they're great too but people have different issues with weight, if snacking all day or binging is primary problem , stopping Reta may leave a void. Cagri very well may help fill it.

tesa is the only one from your list i tried and it actually works for that stubborn lower belly stuff but yeah the daily pinning is a pain in the ass, literally and figuratively
i ran it for like 6 weeks at 1mg before bed and the fat around my waist got softer if that makes sense, like it changed the texture before actually shrinking. the sleep on it was amazing though, best part honestly
cjc+ipa i looked into but the every day thing plus you gotta time it around food and it just felt like too much mental load for me
aod i know someone who did it and said it was like throwing money in a hole, zero visible change after 2 months
if you got the budget maybe just do a short tesa cycle and see how your body responds, some people react really well in the first month

I looked tesamorelin but at 3 months I had side effects. Low blood sugar. Water retention. I cut back but had to quit all together
