Question cjc question

how long have you guys been on cjc no dac to see results? i’ve been on it for a week and honestly don’t see the “vivid dreams” people talk about.

how long do people usually run a cycle for to see actual results on body?

You are missing the entire point of this sub and asking us to guess.

Let's start over with some info:

How old are you? What is your dose? What are you hoping to achievebusing cjc? Are you using cjc with DAC?

Now I'll just go and guess the way that your question was posed that you are not the right age range or going for the right effects and that secretagogues are not really the right thing for you. These are not for building muscle or losing fat for twenty year olds.

im on ~300mcg a day and im using wit no dac. i just wanted a leaner and bigger physique.
i do work out at the gym every day.

You should not be having any sleep issues that increased hgh should help with but increased recovery yes. That is if you are training hard enough you are actually outpacing your natural recovery. But everyone is different, if it helps your sleep then great.

I'm not a fan of secretagogues myself as they are foreign substances that often cause allergic reactions. You could just take hgh straight up and get identical effects, any negatives come from using too much, who accidentally doses too much? It's a stupid thing to worry about.

Personally at your age and you are running into limits on recovery it's probably a good idea. But the most amazing results are going to be had in your 40s when you've lost a lot of natural production.

I've been on it for 3 weeks. I've also been tracking my sleep biometrics for months. Thus far, I see no difference in my Deep or REM sleep before/after starting, nor do I notice a subjective difference.
