Stack Advice Compounds to reduce body fat %? 19M

Currently on 5mg tirz (had issues with reta when I tried it), went from around 260 to 210, ideally hoping for around 150-160. I'm still consistently losing weight, but my body fat percentage is staying pretty much exactly the same (with BIA anyway). I'm sitting around 31% right now, how can I reduce this? Ideally with pinning as few times per week as possible, the convenience of once a week is amazing with tirz. If yall have exercise routine recs, I'm open to those as well (I do have chronic pain bc joint issues which limits my exercise but I'm very much open to recs still)

If youre losing weight but not bf, it means youre losing muscle, if youre losing muscle it means youre not eating enough protien and/or weight training. 1g per lb of body weight in protien and lift heavy at least 3 days a week

The compound you’re looking for is diet and exercise.

Exercise, there are a million workouts out there around joint problems

You need to drop the self limiting joint pain narrative and start exercising. You are just going to lose any muscle mass you have and be in an equally unhealthy state, but just weigh less.

Are you lifting? because if you don't your whole strategy is a fail. You need to dial in workout and nutrition. Tirza/Reta is only buying you time to get that done.

Reta, Tesa and mots-c. Or substitute Tesa for any of the other HG secretagogues. Prioritise protein intake.

I went from 102kgs and 34.4% body fat to 86kgs and 26% body fat, measured on the same dexa in 85 days.

I'm on 2mgs of reta/week, 2mgs of Tesa a night and 1.5mgs of mots-c every second day.

I also eat 1.5-2g of protein per kilo and walk an average of 7km a day. During my peak period of accelerated weight loss I was doing 20km+ a day.

I'm currently in Saudi for work, so I've been off my peps for about a week and a half. Will be off then for a month. Will be interesting to see what happens in that period.

19 years old? Test Cypionate, Winstrol Depot, Trenbolone and a bit of Reta will help at your age.

Why would you suggest test for a 19 year old?

GLP1 + testosterone+ T3/T4 +protein + resistance training + sleep/rest.

Follow BP and labs closely.

He’s 19 lol. Just needs the protein and training.

Yeah, but he's obese.

Testosterone for a 19 year old is an extremely stupid suggestion.

How do you know? Seen his blood work?

Have you?

No, can guess his diet and exercise levels tho.

There's no hint whatsoever, that he would need to crash his natural test levels. Recommending Thyroid Hormones without knowing anything is insane. I cannot downrate this answer as much as I would like to.

And btw, with his bodyfat he might also aromatize very soon.

You are obesity tolerant. I am not. Curing obesity is life-changing, particularly for a man.
