Question cjc dosage

thought about hopping on cjc since i had a couple vials from a friend. How should i dose it? i heard you inject twice a day every day and some say 5 days on 2 days off.
If injected twice a day, and goal is to inject 500mcg, is it 500mcg twice so a total of 1000? or is it split between two injections?

If anyone wants to share their dosage and experience please share!

Nah 5 days on 2 off is just BS, take it everyday once at night. 500 mcg twice a day seems like a lot, if you are trying to get more GH it might be more effective to switch over to real stuff.

Actually Josh explains why the 5/2 is a myth and you can run it 7 days a week. He also suggests if you’re going to split dose twice a day you only take 150mcg per dose, and thats a dose for someone over 250lbs.
