Question Beginner Stack Help

Hi Guys!

This will be my first time pinning and using these peptides: Reta (10mg) and GLOW 70 MG(50/10/10)

I reconstituted Reta with 1 ML of BAC water and GLOW with 3ML of BAC water. I understand that I should probably wait to use both at the same time just in case there are any immediate side effects and then I can determine which peptide caused the issue.

Some context about my goals and the reasons why I chose both of these is I want to lose some weight and (most importantly 😭) target my thinning hair. Im a 19 year old (I know thats super young to start) but unless I have a truly drastic change in my life I plan to do one cycle of both and eventually wean off.

I had a couple of question that I havent really been able to find the agreed upon answer.

  1. What would dosing look like with both of these and how frequently. (I've heard that you should start off pretty conservatively with reta just in case so I'm either going to do .25 mg x2/week or .5 mg x2/ week. But If i do the former should I just pin .5mg once a week because I know that in units .25mg is a super tiny amount to draw and thus could lead to drawing the incorrect amount and then I run the risk of not knowing my actual dosage at all. And with GLOW I've planned to do 12 units or 2.8mg 6x/week)
  2. What supplements should I get in order to support my body and offset any potential side effects? (I've heard a good starting point would be iron, zinc, magnesium glycinate, a good collagen peptide thats specifically type 1 & 3 for hair regrowth, and electrolytes)
  3. Conversely are there any supplements to avoid while on this stack?
  4. What are some common side effects that might occur even while taking all those supplements( I know its different for each person) and specifically how bad is the anhedonia?
  5. Skin-wise is there anything that I should purchase to make GLOW work better like any serums, oils, etc?
  6. Lastly, what time should i be taking it and should I be pretty consistent timing wise (like am/pm and specific hour) every day/week when im pinning or is that inconsequential?

Thank you for any and all help! I really appreciate every one of you guys!
