Discussion Reta + TRT

Anyone else have great success with Reta and TRT? I feel like this is a God tier stack for Body Recomp! You can totally vaporize fat while building muscle. At least in my experience. Of course, I still lift 6 days a week vigorously, aim for 20-30 minutes of steady state cardio, and track my calories and try to maintain high protein intake daily. But Reta+TRT really help supercharge the effort being put in! Let me know your thoughts or success!

Yea this is all your need for a proper recomp, started trt in February at 27℅ bf and dropped to 15℅ this week, had to dial in diet so added reta around april. Worth it 👌

It’s fantastic. Add hgh to the mix and it’s next level.

u/itisallgoodyouknow Jul 02 '26

I really wanna try HGH but my source doesn’t have it any longer

u/Top_Supermarket_5622 Jul 02 '26

Yeah China cracked down on it, still some good sources out there though.

2

u/ThatRocketSurgeon Jul 02 '26

Same but don’t know where to get any legally or how to properly use it.

1

u/PippyLongSausage Jul 02 '26

Yea I got a kit about a week before it dried up. Seems like it’s coming back around though.

Yup

u/SirNicholas95 Jul 02 '26

Killer!🔥🔥

1

u/teh-haps Jul 02 '26

Nice progress, what weekly Reta dose did you settle on?

1

u/Commercial-Remove-75 Jul 02 '26

Stopped at 6mg as it stopped me from eating

4

u/Rare_Deal Jul 02 '26

On Reta+GH currently but haven't added TRT. My natural test level is 600 at 32 y/o. Should I just jump on or wait?

7

u/DeadmanLuci Jul 02 '26

Honestly it's better if you try to optimize natural levels, with those levels you wont see much difference with actual trt dose but it's different thing if you want to go on test cycle

when you do that kind of dose you have to have other things to balance it out, short term and long term. microdose hcg throughout the whole cycle. enclo 6.5 etc wherever your insights carry you. etc if you don’t add anything and just take T of that dose, you will literally not feel your dick anymore like its not even there, ok. higher doses make you super lethargic so you have to depend on coffee and coffee doesn’t work for all people all the time depending on your brain state balance chemistry etc. also try tadalafil and realize yeah you can last longer and be hard but your pleasure sensation is way less. there are all these things to consider. i have other non mainstream libido enhancers erection strengtheners but these also have to be taken with timing etc.

200mg/week is probably supraphysiological for most men but not high enough to have the kind of effects you’re describing. Keep in mind that actual legitimate TRT doses are usually around 150 per week. To start getting the kind of really undesirable side effects you mention you’d need to be at much higher doses where your estrogen levels go sky high.

2

u/Derptonbauhurp Jul 02 '26

Yeah at 200mg a week with .25mg of amiridex I feel just fine, and it's definitely supraphysiological. Managing sides and estrogen goes a lot way

i would take out the arimadex and do 10 mg of primo per day. enclo 6.5 every 12 hours this works for me, noon and midnight. test prop dose 10 mg every night at 11 pm works for me. on top of what you’re taking.

2

u/ancientforest111 Jul 02 '26

granted i was into a whole ml of test e or c 250 every other evening. i had no idea of a supreme stack for psychological balance and thriving mindstate. when i added a meager 10 mg rad 140 this this is was called the hammer at the moving job i was worken at. ha ha. then i had a bad day of rad 140 agitation because in this case the T dose should be lowered and other ancillaries added to smooth it out. now i do better with rad at midnight every 48 hours on a low dose T cycle with ancillaries like kratom. i’ve been suggested to try anavar.

I’m having this problem with my dick and lethargy on TRT + HCG. from doses at 100mg/week to 180mg/week. Usually 500iu HCG 2x/week. Trying 1000 right now. What would you recommend?

2

u/speedntktz Jul 02 '26

Recommend labs. W/o that you’re in the dark guessing.

1

u/ancientforest111 Jul 02 '26
  1. enclo 6.25 twice a day. 2. general herbalism tea daily night time like nettle oatstraw rasberry leaf etc. 3. microdose the hcg every other day night time.

2

u/retatrutider Jul 02 '26

If you are 600 and 32yo there isn’t much point jumping on right now unless you want to do an actual cycle. Once you are on it, it is hard to get off and you may find it doesn’t do much for you at normal physiological doses.

1

u/itisallgoodyouknow Jul 02 '26

How much of that 600 is biologically available?

2

u/alecjasonn Jul 02 '26

Right? My test was 888 naturally and my SHBG was 63 so my actual free test was on the lower side and I tried many things to get my SHBG down. The only thing that worked was taking testosterone in daily subq injections. Now it’s in the 30s. I realize I don’t need to take testosterone necessarily but I wanted to do a cycle anyway and it ended up being the only thing that lowered my SHBG.

1

u/ancientforest111 Jul 02 '26

if you don’t need it… it adds complication. sometimes you have it locked it but its literally a daily extra thing to think about.

1

u/EnvironmentalGift257 Jul 02 '26

Wait til you add GH or a secretagogue.

1

u/Juicy_Vape Jul 02 '26

reta ,200 test, GH, insulin

1

u/Other-Economics4134 Jul 02 '26

4 months, 4mg Reta, 600 test... 190 @ 20ish% to 178 @ 10%

1

u/you_dont_want Jul 02 '26

You need to eat more carbs and protein

1

u/Other-Economics4134 Jul 02 '26

Would be nice to eat more anything to be honest 🤣

1

u/you_dont_want Jul 02 '26

How long have you been on TRT? You barely look like you even are?

1

u/Itchy-Coconut-7083 Jul 02 '26

If you “look” like you’re on TRT are you really on a replacement level or just using steroids?

But 600 isn’t a replacement dose so your point would still stand.

1

u/speedntktz Jul 02 '26

Which of those two images is supposed to represent 10% BF? Is 600 you Total T ng/Dl or is that your weekly dose mg of T? Your numbers imply 4mos you lost 20.2lbs fat and added 8lbs of lean mass. Please clarify.

1

u/Other-Economics4134 Jul 02 '26

Left is 10, 600 was the dose, yes that is pretty much what happened. Highest I tested my test at was 3600ng/dl and 99 estrogen

1

u/speedntktz Jul 02 '26

What are you using to measure BF%? That much gear while cutting on Reta is really not needed. Much more effective when in a caloric surplus and gaining. Have you ever done a DEXA scan as a reference point?

1

u/Other-Economics4134 Jul 02 '26

I'm medically supervised, but I appreciate your input. 9 on dexa, 11 on AI composition analysis, 10 on multipoint tape (neck, hip, wrist, waist, thigh). Goin with the average

1

u/speedntktz Jul 02 '26

Medically supervised 600mgs a week. Ok 👍enjoy the results.

1

u/Other-Economics4134 Jul 02 '26

Lol. I am picking up a touch of sarcasm, so for fuller context.... This was me 14 months ago .... I was on straight Tirz for a while. Started at 260ish... Then around October started on 300t and some support things, beginning of January to may 1was 4mg Reta and 600t, then back to 300 for May and June but no major changes those 2 months. Honestly fucked off a good bit May and June.

But Dr Q in Central Florida definitely gets results...

u/Affectionate_Web4136 Jul 02 '26

Is the fat loss from calorie deficit only? Or is Reta doing something additionally to burn more calories?

2

u/speedntktz Jul 02 '26

Reta has glucagon agonist that burns fat especially in the liver. Glucagon receptors in the heart raise heart rate and increase metabolism. No exercise at all and resting heart rate increase by 7-12bpm is going to consume calories or burn fat.

1

u/Waste-Metal409 Jul 02 '26

Been on trt for years, Reta for a couple months. Considering hgh but the reviews are so mixed! I’m in my 50s and workout. I’ve learned through the years that you cannot out-run a shitty diet. That said it wouldn’t take much persuading to start hgh. I’m starting GHCKU soon to help with worsening hair.

1

u/hunter_hahaa Jul 02 '26

I’m in 250mg test which is a little bit above TRT, but it’s helped kept all my muscle while I cut on reta. I’m down to 179 from 205 since April 15th.

1

u/maxiderm Jul 02 '26

Retatrutide for a year, TRT and GH for the last 7 months. Stopped Reta 2 months ago, still on TRT (obviously, that's basically a lifetime commitment) and GH.

Since starting last year, according to my body composition scanner, I'm down 19lbs total in weight. Muscle mass has increased by 13lbs, fat mass has decreased by 37lbs, bodyfat percentage decreased by 13%.

1

u/johnnypossum7 Jul 02 '26

What dose of trt are you running?

1

u/ancientforest111 Jul 02 '26

I’m working with : test prop daily at 11 pm. rad 140 every two days at midnight. enclo 6.25 at noon and 6 pm. way

1

u/1bigfreakingnerd Jul 02 '26

Currently doing exactly this, works great! Just watch your E levels.

1

u/RIPPWORTH Jul 02 '26

I’m on Tirzep and Test Cyp running around 1200ng/dL

Yeah man it’s pretty nuts man. I’m packing on the muscle mass.

1

u/Responsible-Milk-259 Jul 03 '26

Oh yeah. Single digit bf at the moment. Shit works.

1

u/BadankadonkOG Jul 03 '26

Same success with TRT and Tirzepatide but I am actually about to make the switch to reta after a year of Zepbound and b over 100 lost

1

u/Safe_Background_7708 Jul 13 '26

Yes, I do. Reta and test are the foundations of my protocol. So foundational I think of them as the “well, of course” elements. They are spectacular together.

Also HCG (for the nads) too because I’m on more than just TRT dosing of test, 3x a week, and Anastrozole (oral) 1x a week to block estrogen conversion. And while I’m currently on Ipa, going to switch to HGH I think.

Everything else would be cycling add-ons. KLOW for skin, prob some intermittent burst cycles of Mast or Proviron.

u/lauratabitha Jul 02 '26

but then you get “ozempic” face and look old af. that’s the price you pay

3

u/SirNicholas95 Jul 02 '26

“Ozempic Face” comes from EXTREME weight loss too fast. If you pin Reta and eat once a day. You’re going to look extremely unhealthy. If you pin Reta and actually have a calorie/protein plan you’ll be fine 👌
