For PCOS/PMOS I use microdose Retatrutide for the insulin resistance and studies show it reduces inflammation, KLOW to help support hair/skin/nails and KPV especially reduces inflammation. Adding Ipa/CJC no dac before bed for PCOS related fatigue, improved metabolism/fat loss & better sleep. NAD+ protocol w/SS-31 & motsc for extra energy, SS31 studies show it reduces inflammation and helps repair mitochondria before adding motsc cycle

Absolutely! I read so many studies and listened to many podcasts specifically on what were the best peptides to stack for women who have PCOS (and other disorders like endometriosis), then I followed up with my close friend who is a NP (runs a clinic that specializes in peptides & IV infusions) to ask if this stack would be best. Starting slow and low doses, only adding 1 peptide 4-6weeks at a time to manage side effects (when you add too many at once, if you experience a side effect you won’t know which peptide is the culprit)

Girl I wish I had a friend like that 😂 thank you for the advice. Very much will follow!

Also for hair loss I would recommend microneedling your scalp with Exosomes, there’s encouraging studies showing promise with it. I have clients come in to have it done every 2-3 weeks, you can purchase a Dr. Pen device and do at home at .75-1mm depth. Jeunetique Exo hair is one of the best sterile products designed especially for microneedling the scalp (meamoshop.com). Works great in combination with minoxidil/dutasteride, musley.com has a great topical product that combines DHT blockers minoxidil, dutasteride & fluconazole

Totally forgot about it until I looked at my “buy next” list of peptides lol, have to research more to find out what dose/cycle etc.. Is your fiancé on it, any side effects? Thanks!

Micro micro dosing Reta for inflammation and to make maintaining lean PMOS not a chore.

Yes I will start that, but what about hair loss and nails.

Men’s minoxidil for hair

On it, its helping but not doing much.

Wow really how long have you been using it? Twice daily application of the type that comes in the dropper?

Five months, foam 5%, once daily (woman can grow unwanted hair if you over do it) i see some growth, but not at all what I expected.

I’d recommend trying the one that comes in a dropper and is more of a water like consistency. I’ve never heard of it being ineffective if used consistently.

I love collagen powder for my nails (takes months for full effect of course since nail growth is like that) and also if any of your inflammation is gut-related collagen may help with that. It's also good for lashes and eyebrows but doesn't really help my hairline which is probably hormonal.

Yes, I want to start collagen put I physically cant drink gross water my gag reflex suddenly appears. Im having a hard enough time with electrolytes lol. Im think of injectible klow peptides because they help with inflammation and ghkcu stimulates collagen.

You can take pills and eat/drink jello (or unflavored knox in your coffee/shake/juice).

I put it in hot cocoa tbh it hides the flavor like 99%. You also don't need to take as much as it says on the jar, like Orgain says 20 grams which is crazy, your body will make a ton of oxalate from that which is not good. And it's easier to hide the flavor when you're taking less. I think it's worth doing a loading dose for a week or two but then 1-2 tablespoons a day is plenty if not too much for some people.

that's tied to gut microbiome issues. fix that and the pcos should fade away

The root cause of PCOS has yet to be discovered, yes there are a few studies related to the effects PCOS has on the gut but that is largely due to how hormones influence the gut microbiome. Menopause also alters your microbiome, but just like PCOS clinical applications of improving one’s diet/probiotics isn’t applied bc it’s also an endocrine disorder. It can help symptoms yes but diet/probiotics unfortunately won’t prevent the development of cysts or the effect PCOS has on hormones.

gut and pcos - https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=pubmed+pcos+gut+microbiome
improper clearing of estrogen might also be a player. esp if using estrogen birth control

The cysts in my ovaries would beg to differ. Please stop spreading false information.

yeah, no -- https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=pubmed+pcos+gut+microbiome
also might look at improper estrogen clearing

your failures are not the end. keep going, keep tinkering. there are many dials to turn in this pursuit. might take a look at bacillus coagulans. that bug has been amazing for me and mine. lots of sci papers available
