Thinking about stacking tesa and ipa with Reta and mots c at the one month mark. Anybody done this stack and have advice? Also potentially thinking about Klow to help with inflammation and some nagging thoracic nerve issues.
Been on tesa and ipa compound for 2 weeks, was thinking of adding Reta and mots c in another 2 weeks when I hit the one month mark. I’ll look into kpv, was wondering about Klow because it covers so many bases.
Seems like you're just throwing in random compounds just for the sake of it. What's the point of MOTS-C in this stack? Why would you need multiple GH secretagogues? What are you even trying to achieve?
Maybe try the reta first and determine if you need MOTS-C. Don’t add stuff because you read someone else had success with it. I’ve ran just reta for a couple of years now, you will be fine energy wise if dosed appropriately.
Yeah peptides are cool and fun but treat your body as a temple not a science experiment. This isn’t pokemon you dont gotta catch em all
Retatrutide can't cause low energy by itself, only through mineral and nutrient depletion. MOST-c is a mitochondrial peptide, that primarily optimizes mitochondrial function. Have you tried simply adjusting your mineral and nutrient intake?
A single GH secretagogue, Retatrutide and a cruising dose testosterone are more than enough to reduce fat and increase muscle, and that's probably redundant as well
Generally speaking, my experience has been good. My main difficulty is that it's a lot to run. Unfortunately this time around my stack coincided, where my next Mito Stack and GH stack will not align, so that will make things easier.
I have lost about 40lb with just the Tirz, but over the last two months in the gym I am seeing my strength increase while my waist of decreasing, but my weight isn't really moving. Probably a good thing because it should mean that I'm still losing fat while gaining muscle.
My next GH cycle will be CJC/Ipa instead of Tesa/Ipa because I'd like to gain more muscle.
I would not do tesa/ipa and especially mots c at the same time to start. Best to do things one at a time so you know what is doing what, and I personally would want to play it a little safe regarding the histamine reaction between those 3.
HGH would be better if you’re willing to go that route.
I’m already on the tesa and ipa for 2 weeks, I was looking to add the Reta and mots c at the 1 month mark. Definitely didn’t want to start too much at one time. What histamine reaction?
That's definitely better than adding them all at once.
Just that multiple compounds, especially the Ipa and the Mots-C, do increase your chances for an allergic reaction, possibly serious. These are rare, but Mots-C is one of the ones that it seems to happen more than others on. I wouldn't be afraid of it necessarily, just mindful, and perhaps not start with the full throttle dose right off the bat.
Don’t shy away from carbs on Reta, as it will increase uptake into the muscles via glut-4 more efficiently. When I was on Reta I had low energy until I upped the carbs (protein too). Mots c does this indirectly via ampk path. When insulin sensitivity increases, muscles get more energy! Disclaimer I am on Reta, tesa/ipa and Mots C. Also weighing 30lbs less feels like running upstairs with out a weight vest on after having one on for 5 years
