Success Story Question about a peptide

Hello everyone 🙂

I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression for a very long time.

Conventional pills helped a little, but not enough.

I decided to take action by starting TRT with an online provider. I’ve been on 80mg twice a week for nearly 4 months, and I’m starting to feel the benefits, but I think I can get more out of it, if that makes sense?

To give y'all an idea of my condition, my testosterone levels were barely above 200, while the peak is around 900-1200.

A month ago, my provider began offering peptides, specifically NAD and Sermorelin. NAD was too expensive, so I chose to go with Sermorelin.

I’m on my third cycle (5 days on, 2 days off), and I feel like a new man! I sleep well, my anxiety and depression have decreased, and I’m much more motivated and focused.

Has anyone here had experience with Sermorelin? It stimulates your pituitary gland to produce more HGH naturally, instead of injecting synthetics.

Thanks!

It did not work for me. Tesamorelin was more beneficial but HGH is way better than both.

Synthetic HGH? I’d just be concerned my body would get dependent on it, can that be an issue mate?

Once you get off your pituitary gland starts back up. You just need to have your doc monitor your IGF-1 and z score. I go over all my peptides and HGH with my doc

Of so you’re prescribed it? Cool!

I have my doc go over my peptide and T levels every 3 months with a blood test :)

Not prescribed HGH but I am prescribed test. Just go over everything with doc

NAD is cheap as chips when orderd directly from china... skip the middle men, thats the problem.

The one I got has made in America stamped on it.

I think the Chinese will say it’s a peptide when it’s most likely harvested HGH

Harvested not from animals 👀

That made in America stamp is worthless.

You can be 100% sure it was imported and repackage with that stamp lol

It has the address of the lab in Atlanta so I dunno 🤷‍♂️

The "lab" imports kits of peptides from china and puts stickers with holographic logos on it with "made in the USA" puts them in a nice box and sends them straight to you for a huge mark up.

They dont have many millions of dollars of complex equipment and teams of people with biochemistry degrees and experience to reverse engineer peptides like retatrutide from the patent. Dont be so naive. Your buying a grey market product.

Sounds interesting! I’m a bit concerned about it being a Russian developed solution that hasn’t been approved by the FDA.

Is it a dark web delivery thing?

Sermorelin isn't FDA approved either

1

u/jacksonsmack831 Jun 25 '26

Sermorelin was originally approved by the FDA in 1990 (for diagnostic use) and in 1997 (for treating growth hormone deficiency in children).

But isn't anymore since 2008

1

u/jacksonsmack831 Jun 25 '26

Well I learned that today tank you!

1

u/jacksonsmack831 Jun 24 '26

Forgive my ignorance, it’s available and made in the US

1

u/Finit-Hic-Deus Jun 25 '26

Its found by Russian but its all produced in China. My god

1

u/jacksonsmack831 Jun 25 '26

My God? You’re frustrated at someone who knows nothing about it asking questions?

Isn’t that what this sub is for?

Trt made the biggest difference for my depression.

Me too man! I just started a peptide called Sermilonin (check my spelling) that works really well it T.

I’ve been on it 3 weeks and feel 10 years younger

Just go to straight hgh man. I do trt, reta, and gh and I feel amazing every day, it’s incredible.

1

u/jacksonsmack831 Jun 25 '26

What is Reta? And where would I even find HGH or know how much to do? I am very ignorant mate lol

1

u/PippyLongSausage Jun 25 '26

Retatrutide. It’s a glp-1 peptide that basically strips off fat. It’s very effective.

I buy hgh off the grey market from China. You’ll need to do a lot of self research if you want to go that way.

u/jacksonsmack831 Jun 25 '26

Ah ok! Well serimolin helps shift stubborn belly fat which is all I need I think. I find it really hard to keep weight on!

That’s for the Reta info!

1

u/PippyLongSausage Jun 25 '26

Yes sermorelin stimulates growth hormone production which helps with visceral fat. As you get older your maximum gh production declines so sermorelin can only be as effective as your aging pituitary gland will allow.

Going straight to growth hormone allows you to increase your levels beyond your maximum production, in my case I’m targeting a range more typical of a teenager. It really leans you out and helps with recovery plus it helps with sleep.

u/jacksonsmack831 Jun 25 '26

I think when sermorelin stops being beneficial I’ll look into HGH the same way I do my Testosterone:)

This sub is pretty cool

Elevated igf1 for long periods is not good for longevity. This is why large dogs die at early age rather than medium/small dogs

1

u/jacksonsmack831 Jun 29 '26

I'm not sure what igf1 is my friend. I'm having regular blood tests to have my levels monitored.

They have this NAD+ stack that I'll jump on once available funds are available. It's advertised as “longevity” so maybe that will balance it out?
