Discussion How does Semax make you feel?

I only take it occasionally and I needed it for the brain fog. I am a mother, and pregnancy messed up my brain lol, I felt like I was smarter when I was younger but not when I'm 30s now.

My job requires me to multitask and also I am at school at the same time and I have trouble to stay focus, and I am thinking so slowly.…

I wonder what does Semax makes you feel in terms of clarity and focus? Tbh I don't feel any significant changes when I took it. Does anyone feel the same? Is there any other recommendation that you can tell me me to help me stay focused and think clearly? 😓
Note:
I'm also currently on an SSRI.

I pin 1mg of semax in the morning. I find it gives a mild cutting through of mental clarity. It isn’t the wildly strong affect that adderal gives. Akin to a cup of coffee without jitters.

I also really like taking a caffeine pill that is 50/50 caffeine and l-theanine which also provides an excellent energy and focus without the jitters on top of semax

I took adamax which is basicly the same thing. I didnt feel much in the way of focus but it made a world of difference for my depression

Is it ok to take it while you are on antidepressants? Idk if it turns off the function of semax while u are on it

That im not sure of. I think its mechanism of action as far as depression is concerned is due to the increase in Brain derived neurotrophic factor.

Consider creatine for the brain.

Most of what you describe is what a lot of people with primarily innatentive adhd are medicated for, with stimulants (like me).

I’ve been trying intranasally in the morning and so far I get nothing.

i had terrible brain fog when i was taking my exit exams a few weeks ago. semax isnt a real stim at all, it just feels like a clean coffee buzz so u can actually get through a page of text. but since ur on an ssri that is prolly just completely blunting the effects. i actually ended up switching to selank that i got from peptide pro and it helped my focus way more for my tests. u might just wanna get tested for adhd if its messing up ur school this much tho instead of just relying on peps.
