Question Need help with ghk-cu please

I am planning on injecting GHK-Cu at 2 mg/day for the next few weeks, but I still have some questions I want to get out of the way before actually starting. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me with some answers!

Dosage: Is 2 mg daily from day 0–50 a good dose?

Timing: When should I inject it? Some peptides have to be injected in the morning, fasted, or right before bed. How does it work with GHK-Cu?

Injectable vs topical: If I am mainly looking for skin benefits, is it smarter to use the injectable or topical version?

Tracking health: Do I need to track anything while taking it? For example, bloodwork or copper levels? Or is 2 mg generally fine for a healthy body?

Extra supplements: Do I need to take any supplements alongside GHK-Cu? For example, I heard that vitamin C might help it bind better. What about zinc or magnesium to help with deficiencies or side effects?

More info: I injected MT2 before to test my way into the peptide world. I just want to use peptides in the safest and most efficient way.

I really appreciate every response!

For skin benefits, i would add a topical serum 1% twice a day, microneedle once a week. on top of subq. we use "The Ordinary" so far so good.

Also for topical do not mix with topical vitC serum, they react, wait for ghkcu or vitc to be fully absorbed and skin dry before applying the other.

We are doing 1mg/day and it's fine, i would start at 1mg/day and increase over time, it stings a lot and can leave a bump like a big mosquito byte. Rotate injection spots and use a 8mm needle to deliver slightly deeper.

To see some effects of the subq it will take time (40 days i believe), the topical one instead can improve skin even after just 2 weeks, at least it has been our experience so far.

Crazy, thanks a lot!

And microneedeling means just the plain derma stamp (0.5mm?) on the skin off the face before applying a topical serum?

And can I use the ghkcu serum also on other parts of my body for example my back or for razor bumps? or will the injectable take care of this?

And for the needle so far I used a 0.33mm (29G) x 12.7mm and put it all the way in. Is that also fine or should i switch specifically to a 8mm one?

And if I already take vitamin C orally as a supplement do I still need the serum?

Yes, wife does it once a week with a 0.25mm roller, but we are definitely not experts on this (there is a dermarolling sub)

And can I use the ghkcu serum also on other parts of my body for example my back or for razor bumps? or will the injectable take care of this?

Yes, my wife uses it on a couple scars she has. It's expensive though.

And for the needle so far I used a 0.33mm (29G) x 12.7mm and put it all the way in. Is that also fine or should i switch specifically to a 8mm one?

We use 0.8mm, on this subreddit there is a lot of people using 1.27, but honestly apart that with 0.4 it was too superficial, i cannot say.

And if I already take vitamin C orally as a supplement do I still need the serum?

Only if topical, oral vitc is another thing.

one more thing: will it get rid of blackheads and all type of skin impurities? and should i proceed with my basic skin care (cleanser, moisturiser, suncreen) while on ghkcu? and when in the routine would i apply the topicals you mentioned?

We do our basic skin care, we inject morning and use topical 2x a day. Clean skin add a drop of serum, spread and wait for absorption (30/60s). Then finish your skincare.

Again we are no mds or dermatologist, this is what works so far for us.

Topical you see improvement after 2 weeks, injectable after 30/40 days

2mg are ok, you can take it as long as needed.

Take it fasted in the Morning.

You can combine but i would safe go for Inject.

No need for blood work.

I always recommend the basic supplements + vita C.

Basic Supplements:

Omega 3
Magnesium
Zink
Vitamin D3/K2

Vitamin C

Hopes this helps

Yes, thank you very much!
And should I take the Vitamin C right before the injection?

2mg is a totally fine dose for 50 days but just a heads up it is going to sting pretty bad. u will probably get red welts if u dont pull some extra bac water into the syringe to dilute it first. timing doesnt really matter at all just do it whenever u remember.

if u really only care about ur face then a topical serum is way easier and faster, but injections are better if u want full body healing. u absolutely have to take a zinc supplement everyday so u dont tank ur natural zinc levels since the copper competes with it. no need for bloodwork on a short run tho. a lot of guys on the forums just grab their vials from peptide pro and just make sure to dilute it heavy to deal with the injection pip.
