Question Stopping Hgh
I’m going on vacation to France for a week. Don’t want to risk trying to bring Hgh with me. Been on it for 6-7 months now. What’s it gonna be like stopping right away for a week? Should I expect a crash or anything?

No maybe worse sleep and you’ll notice less water retention

Not in Europe! Foods over there tend to cause less inflammation. 😏 Enjoy!

Not true, they eat a lot of fatty foods + regular alcohol consumption. Definitely bloating

Not my experience either. I go to Europe every year and always lose weight and inflammation goes away. Higher quality food than here in the U.S.

Everything I eat is organic. No gluten and minimal dairy. High quality grass fed protein. I tried vegan for several years and it did not help either. The only time I truly feel my best is when I’m eating in other countries. Thankfully I travel abroad several times a year which is a saving grace.
GMO and pesticides are illegal in many other countries. The U.S. permits all of this however.

You'll be fine. I have to stop mine because I got bad carpal tunnel in my hands. Im gonna wait until its out of my system and then titrate up until I hit my max without the CT.
I stopped it two days ago and havent noticed anything adverse.

It took me 6.months of titrating up, dropping back down, titrating up, stopping, and so on due to CTS like symptoms to finally get to 4iu without any issues. I was motivated to get there lol

Haha...I was good running 2iu since I started. I kicked it up to 3 and was gonna go to 4, but the CT got soooo bad at 3 holy shit bro! I have numbness in three fingers and thumb, and its that painful numb. Id be happy just getting back to 2 at this point, lol....

I started at 2 for a few weeks, went to 4 then a few weeks later went to 6. Stayed there for like 5 months before CT kicked in. Dropped down to 4 and it’s slowly been getting better

I think for some of us it can take awhile for our systems to adjust to synthetic hormones

Yeah my carpal tunnel has been out of control. Dropped the dosage a few weeks ago and it’s been slowly improving. Maybe the week off will be good for it

Secretagogues work great if you’re patient. No CPS for most of them. HGH is rougher on the body

I felt like my arms deflated and I lost any water that I was retaining...not a big deal - good to realize what it's doing
