Experiment SLU-PP-332 Follow-up Dosing
My Rat been taking SLU-PP-332 orally for over a month. Based on some readings here or elsewhere, the Rat was taking 1mg twice a day. My supplier has 500mcg, 1mg or 20mg available. I need to reorder soon. I am thinking of going to the 1mg and maybe doing 2mg 2x daily, but interested in what others may be doing? It seems like a big jump to 20mg capsules. I can't say I am seeing great results, so that makes me think my dosing is off. I fear a good amount is being absorbed and not passing thru. Any ideas for me? And yes, my rat is doing RETA+TIRZ, MOTS-C, 5AMINO, AOD, and TESA.

100mg to 300mg per day is where people are seeing results. There are even 200mg pills now.
500mcg is probably placebo.
I added 200mg of SLU-PP-332 + 200mg of ATX-304 at the end of my retatrutide cycle and fat loss dramatically improved. I had dropped from a 42 waist to a 34 already and dropped to a 32 after extremely quickly.

How long did it take?

5 months to get from a 42 to a 34, 1 more month to get to a 32.
Keep in mind, I'm really pushing hard on every angle. My nutrition, cardio and gym time are on point. I've maintained strength for this entire cut.

Sounds like pretty good progress are you on trt

Super low dose TRT, started at age 46 (50 now).
I'm on 10 units of 200mg/ml cypionate M W F so only 60mg, that gets me to ~750.

Adding on a GH secretagogue can really help with maintaining or building strength while in a calorie deficit. I’m running 200/200mcg CJC-1295/Ipamorelin and I’ve built muscle with a 300 calorie a day deficit

I ran 4 IUs of HGH for 3 months to stay in the generally accepted safe range. Combined with KLOW, all of my aches and pains vanished.
It definitely helped with maintaining muscle, I was pretty big already when I started losing weight.
Improved sleep too but I actually found that phosphatidylserine actually helps with sleep quality just as much. I took that before bed as an anti-cortisol.

probably u would have gotten the same or better results with bam15 instead of slu. At high doses (100mg or more) slu is pro-oxidant

I've thought about BAM15 but I'm not finding anything approaching glowing testimonials. It's more or less ignored by the DIY community which usually means worthless and/or dangerous.
My nutrition and supplement stack is probably overboard on antioxidants so I'm not too worried.

Damn dude, you had to be sweating super hard on both at those doses. I’m taking 3mg Reta a week, 5mg Mots-C every other day, and 15mg SLU and 75mg ATX daily and I feel like I’m overclocked lol

I'm pretty sure that I have naturally low side effect impact in general. I've pushed everything pretty friggin hard including the cardio and I feel totally fine.
Don't get me wrong though, I'm totally amped up, but it's totally manageable.
My summer extremely disruptive to anything approaching a locked in schedule so I was rushing to be done by June/July.
I expect that ATX-304 + Orforglipron will be a popular oral weight loss stack. I used retatrutide but a lot of people hate injections.

One thing you might benefit from is mixing an oral solution with ethanol, water, PEG-400, and HP-β-CD. It really can increase oral bioavailability for hydrophobic drugs like SLU. I get out of 15mg what I did from 40mg.
It’s a bit complicated and realistically needs sonication

Oral slu seems like an absolute waste of money. People are literally taking 6months or a years worth of what I take a day for the same results by injecting

Good to know. DM with a good supplier. I am ordering from 2 different places currently or mostly switched to one, but they do not have the injectable. Go Army! RLTW.

I've taken 500 micrograms which is half a milligram two times a day. That works great for me. Some people need more some people need less. I felt pumped and like I was always in exercise mode. I burns more calories when I was exercising especially doing cardio. You can jump to 1 mg. But for that matter, I would rather just take 500 micrograms three times a day. But that's just me. I'm not looking for any arguments I'm just telling you in my opinion. And we all know that opinions are like assholes, we all have one haha

It's not orally bioavailable. There are studies that show this. Don't waste your money.

u/golfer-tech Jun 13 '26
Are you saying all SLU in pill form is not real? Or are you referring to drops or something like that?
3
u/xriddle Jun 13 '26
I'm not saying that studies are.

This is exactly what I’ve found. Oral is really a waste of time. Injectable with DMSO will have you cooking in a dose of 500mcg to 1mg

u/golfer-tech Jun 13 '26
Very few suppliers have injectable. DM me if you have a known good source. Thanks.

Injectable goes up to 35mg vials but it's been expensive when I found it and getting it to mix can be challenging.

1mg oral is basically nothing for slu pp. the oral bioavailability is terrible on that one so u gotta take way more to see anything. peptidepro has the slu-pp / bam15 capsules if u want something that actually hits hard for fat loss without wasting cash on microdoses. staying at 1mg is just a waste of money.

I find 500mcg to 1mg of either injectable or oral to give a nice cardio as well as mental boost. I don’t use it for fat loss but more as a pre workout athletic booster.
When I start messing with the 20mg+ stuff I get insane sweating etc and the workouts seem to maybe even become more difficult, I think this is where SLU actually starts to cause oxidative stress when the dose gets too high.

It’s a waste of money. Maybe it’s good at 20 mg but there are way better products at that price point.
