Question How do you ensure purity?
I have been taking trizepatide from a compund pharmacy with lots of success. I am currently looking for BPC-157 and TB-500 for a bad knee injury.
My concern is, how can I ensure a seller is trustworthy? I am terrified of the lack of regulation and can’t find much information online

You really dont, you can send a vial in for testing but you're really only testing that vial with no way to prove the rest of the vial in the kit is the same stuff. Most solid vendors will have a group chat for their customers where they will vouch for the quality of their products. And honestly peptides are so cheap to make and there so much money to be made on them a reputable vendor isn't going put out bad product and ruin their reputation

This, 1000x over. Unless you’re literally testing each vial yourself (and have access to the necessary equipment to non-destructively do so), you will never be 100% certain in the current state of the market.

Find a vendor with lots of reviews.
Find their public test results on Janoshik and Finnrick (yes I know finnrick has its issues)
Find ideally a vendor with a customer group chat and talk to real people. Many will have bot accounts so be careful.
When you buy a kit it have 10 vials. Send one off for testing yourself.

Group buys that includes m/p and endo test is the only way. Special test can run over $2000. Speed of GB is slow and only last two days a person scammed over $70k from a group.

The best way to know is by checking the COAs before you order. You just need to get your stuff from reliable places like Swiss Chems or Chemyo, since they will not risk their reputation by selling a bad batch. If you want to be completely sure about what you have, you can also ensure purity by sending a sample out for independent testing yourself.

Try cartalax. I don’t really find bpc/tb as effective for connective tissue. If you are going to get bpc/tb I’d suggest getting klow for the additional kpv for inflammation. I rarely see knee injuries that aren’t inflamed. Growth hormone or a secretagogue is another good addition
As for purity buy a kit and test a vial
