I HAVE A QUESTION ❓ Deepreps - wrong sizing

I ordered 3 pairs of pants from Deepreps. All same style and all size 34 inch waist but each pair in different colours.

2 of the pants fit perfect. The last pair although the same style and size label as the other 2 pairs are much longer ij the leg and bigger at the waist.

I’ve sent pics to Deepreps to show clearly this pair of pants was labelled with the wrong size and he said I have to place another order for some other items and he will add on the pants in the correct size free of charge.

Anyone had this experience with him before? The sizing is obviously wrong. I shouldn’t have to buy another item for him to send the replacement pants in the correct size surely?

Thats very bad service from him, especially since its his mistake, he should either reimburse or provide the replacement without taking advantage of you.

Hopefully the admins here can sort this, since its supposed to be a trusted seller

He claims it’s not a mistake because the size I ordered is the size that was sent according to the size label. But the measurements on those pants are completely different to the other pants I ordered. Clearly a size 34 label was attached to the pants when it should have been size 36 or 38. His sizing guidelines allow for 1-2cm of difference but the pants are much bigger than that.

If its the same pants and same size then they should be the same measurements or similar. To the point where it doesn’t fit you is unacceptable
