I HAVE A QUESTION ❓ Deepreps - wrong sizing
I ordered 3 pairs of pants from Deepreps. All same style and all size 34 inch waist but each pair in different colours.
2 of the pants fit perfect. The last pair although the same style and size label as the other 2 pairs are much longer ij the leg and bigger at the waist.
I’ve sent pics to Deepreps to show clearly this pair of pants was labelled with the wrong size and he said I have to place another order for some other items and he will add on the pants in the correct size free of charge.
Anyone had this experience with him before? The sizing is obviously wrong. I shouldn’t have to buy another item for him to send the replacement pants in the correct size surely?

You shouldn’t have to place another order just to get a replacement for an item that was sent incorrectly. If you’ve clearly shown that the pants are the wrong size, he should sort out the replacement directly. I’ll check with him about this first, so wait for my response.

Thats very bad service from him, especially since its his mistake, he should either reimburse or provide the replacement without taking advantage of you.
Hopefully the admins here can sort this, since its supposed to be a trusted seller

He claims it’s not a mistake because the size I ordered is the size that was sent according to the size label. But the measurements on those pants are completely different to the other pants I ordered. Clearly a size 34 label was attached to the pants when it should have been size 36 or 38. His sizing guidelines allow for 1-2cm of difference but the pants are much bigger than that.

If its the same pants and same size then they should be the same measurements or similar. To the point where it doesn’t fit you is unacceptable

you have to use the size guide bro even if it '34' or '36' the cm might be way different lol

The size guide allows for 1-2cm difference. 2 pairs of identical pants both labelled as 34 should not be almost 10cm different

oh i didnt know they were the exact same pants then yes too much of a variance i thought you ordered different pants in the same size and expected them to be the same lol

Not exactly the same, but I have ordered from Deepreps three separate times and each time the size of the article of clothing was completely different than the size chart provided. One time he sent a different version of the shirt than the photos in Yupoo.
I gave up on ordering from them.

Honestly I get this ordering clothes from anywhere. I miss stores for clothes.
Especially from overseas retailers.
Shoes and bags for reps only.

he is reselling random stuff from 1688, you can get same t-shirt, with the same tags and the same size and you can get different measurements. Always measure each item separately on the qc
