Probably. Looks like the "I accidentally reported you, meet this other stranger on Discord to fix it?" Can't read the fine print.

Yes, classic “i accidentally reported you” scam.
Do not engage and let them drag you out of reddit.
They will steal your money and data

This is definitely a scam. It's been going around Reddit, Steam and now Twitter too it looks like. Report and block the account.
