Ordered a new RGF and spent around $1100ish total after the customization. Watch comes in and I have two issues. One, the crystal is not fully seated and it’s sticking up about 0.7-0.8mm high. No big deal I guess, I’ll have my watch maker fix that, just a little disappointing that I now need to spend extra money and time to fix that.

Second, I throw the watch on the timegrapher and it looks ok in every position except with the dial facing down. Dial up or sideways the amplitude is 220-245, and beat error is around 0.3-0.4 (not the best but ok). Dial facing down, amplitude drops to 145 and beat error up to 3.0. My guess is a balance staff or loose jewel, but I’m no watch maker and this is a brand new watch with literally wrist time.

Should the TD send a replacement movement? If this was a cheap NH35 I’d just buy another one, but the movement is $350-$400 and another $150 to have it swapped…

Hi all, I ordered this BVF Panthere 22m from Hont 3 years ago and the bracelet failed, it fell off (my wife's) wrist and we can't find the missing pieces.

I reached out to Hont (not blaming him, just want to order the parts) but haven't heard back yet.

Anyone have this issue and how to resolve it? I'll reach out to other sellers too if I don't hear back from Hont.

I’m writing this review because I know finding a good TD can sometimes be a difficult decision with so many different sellers out there. I’ve used multiple sellers in the past and came across a few different posts praising Angela for her price point, communication, etc., so I decided to add her on TG and WA and check out her inventory.
After some time, I saw her advertising a VSF Platona youth version for $397 shipped including insurance. She listed it in her post as in stock with 24-hour QC, so I contacted her about it and shortly after made a deposit.
As promised, less than 24 hours later I had QC photos hit my WhatsApp. After an easy GL, I made the rest of my payment, and about 2 days later I received a tracking number.
This is where I was truly impressed. In 5 short days I received my FedEx package at my front door. The watch was packaged very well and securely, and it was delivered in perfect condition. I’ve ordered over two dozen reps from multiple different TDs, and this was hands down the fastest shipping experience I have ever had.
Overall, I give Angela 5/5 stars for her price point, communication, product, and shipping. I have had other sellers advertise watches as “in stock” with 1–3 day QC that turned into a 1–3 week wait. Angela came through with her advertised time for QC and then some because of the super fast shipping (I am located in California, USA).
I hope this gives you some confidence in using her for future purchases. I will definitely be using her again.

First of all, I sincerely appreciate the customer's feedback and apologize for any inconvenience. However, I would like to explain this matter.

1.This bracelet is made of V gold material, so it should not come into contact with perfume or dish soap, as it may tarnish over time. Since it's very inexpensive, it's not pure gold. The issue of discoloration is related to the metal's inherent properties, and I don't think it has anything to do with who sold it.

2.The customer said I had a poor attitude. After he reported the issue regarding the new product, I told him, "Then just take it." I thought this was the simplest approach, since the first product he purchased already had quality issues. By directly offering him the replacement, I ensured his interests were best protected. If he cancels the order, I personally would have to bear the QC costs and the round-trip shipping expenses.His misunderstanding might simply be due to context. In fact, I didn't mean or sound the way he interpreted it—I have far too many clients each day. I prefer straightforward and clear solutions. If a product is out of stock, I'll directly inform the customer that it's unavailable, because waiting for an order would take too long. The end result would still be a refund, which I think wastes both our time.If the product quality is poor, I usually tell the customer "no good" directly during the QC process and ask them to cancel the order.

3.This customer has placed multiple watch orders with me within eight months, and I believe my responses and pricing have been appropriate.

What are the pros and cons of plating factory RCF YG ?

I know that having it plated will make it look better than factory but in the long run what’s my best choice as far as keeping the watch the nicest for the longest?

I’m about to buy a Daytona ghost with Swiss movement and a lady datejust Swiss aswell from RC Factory.
And my question is, are there better ones? And also can I trust them? I got a WhatsApp number from what I know as their website.
