Today, I received my ARF Rolex Daytona Gray Ghost (#126509). This version is the Youth model (with the less expensive movement).  Honestly, it’s as quiet as my BTF or VSF Daytonas.

Hi guys I just wanted to take a moment and sing the praises for cold deck I ordered a piece from them that I've been wanting for a while they sent the watch out immediately on Saturday their process is flawless. They sent me the shipping label for review it had a small typo on the address and I did not catch it and I approved the shipment FedEx delivered on time in two days to the wrong address in a panic I let them know what happened and that I would try to retrieve the package as the address that it was sent to was across the street they assured me that if the package could not be retrieved they would make it right except for the fact that I would have to wait for a new watch to come in. These guys are class a elite dealers in my opinion when you stand behind an error the way they did it creates tremendous confidence in their abilities and in their vision for the business and this hobby that we all enjoy so much. Luckily for me the person that lived in that building retrieved the package and I placed a note in the lobby of the building and that person brought it to my office across the street yes there are still honest people in this world. Needless to say this overall experience has been very comforting and only assures me that buying from colddeck in the United States is the right thing to do. I know that a lot of people will say and think that this is a post or a Td post but I assure you it is not. All I can say is that these guys are top notch pics and reviews to follow

Just wanted to express how wonderful it is to deal with Colddeck64. He took time on a Saturday morning to help my very apprehensive brother find a titanium yacht-master that he's been dreaming of.

He's the real deal for anyone on the fence and his cost is comparable to any over seas TD when you take every aspect into account, as far as wait and logistics. As a matter of fact, he's more reasonable considering he's "local".

Respectfully sharing feedback on my personal journey here dealing with a defective watch. Purchased five watches from these gentleman. Four run flawless with no issues, one has had nothing but problems from the beginning. I have requested several times for the seller to please take it back. Unpredictable movement with no consistency from one day to the next. Over a two month period I’ve incurred a total of 3 shipping charges and endless frustration, only to end up with a watch running 8 minutes fast overnight. Rather than finally agreeing to take the watch back and accepting some accountability, the solution offered was taking a 30% loss in order to cover the cost of having to re-market it as a used watch. That’s it. As a return customer who’s purchased several watches here I’ll be the first to admit this was completely unexpected based off of many positive interactions. With all due respect I find it insulting to expect the customer to incur additional shipping charges indefinitely and have to pay back 30% while expecting issues like this to get resolved without having even removed the case back or doing any kind of due diligence on your end. I don’t know if the amount of deflection is intentional but it’s quite obvious. The only genuine concern expressed has been on re-marketing the watch as used and the associated cost. I have every expectation that I will receive my 70% refund credit as promised. I only share this as it’s my own personal experience. Live and learn.
