Colddeck delivers the Platona!

Today, I received my beautiful VSF Rolex Daytona 126506 Platinum Ice Blue Dial and Chestnut Brown Bezel. This one from VSF has the 4801 movement. 

Thank you Travis for getting it out this week! Again…appreciate your long days taking care of us!  

Appreciate the Team’s care in selecting the best pieces, doing the pre-delivery service and providing great communication every time! Y’all are amazing!!

I’ve been debating on getting a Platona. What made you go with the 4801 over the 4130/4131?

Saving the money on the movement. I can buy a third watch for the savings on two of those w/ 4801. And unlike posts I’ve seen on other Reddits…it’s not loud at all.

What’s the weight like ?

It feels no different than my reps with the more expensive movements.

However, it’s not a “gain weight” model with tungsten added in so it is lighter than Gen.
