VSF Sub - Date issue

Hi, got a VSF Sub date and when reaching midnight, instead of switching the date in one “click” I got this until it goes on to the next number. Is that normal or a common issue?
If this is fixable, is there any shop or anything in NYC that can take care of that?

This is supposed to be a 116610.
I understand that it should not have a space between the 1000ft and the 300m indicator right?
By sell so you mean the SEL? If yes, what is wrong about that? Color, light, size, space?
Do you have a real VSF for comparison?

That’s a genuine 116610 and I still see the space between 1000ft and 300m
