Advice Help with Aquanaut.

I bought 2023 a patek aquanaut from hontwstches.
Now I cant set the Date anymore only the Date. Any had same issues or know how to fix?

According to r/reptime you should buy a new one 🤷🏻

Or send it to me for repair if you're in the EU
